Our Approach

Online Training Program for 150 Farmers

  • We launched a comprehensive online training module covering regenerative farming techniques, climate resilience, and soil health management. Participants are actively engaging with the content, sharing feedback, and implementing what they've learned.

Face-to-Face Workshops Across the Growing Season

  • We conducted three hands-on workshops for 50 selected farmers, focusing on practical applications of regenerative practices. Farmers learned techniques for crop rotation, organic amendments, and water conservation. Feedback indicates increased confidence in implementing these practices.

Performance-Based Grant Program

  • We established a competitive grant program rewarding farmers who demonstrate successful adoption of regenerative techniques and innovative ideas for income diversification. Preliminary results show heightened motivation and engagement among participants.

Specialized Agronomy Protocol

  • We developed and distributed an agronomy protocol emphasizing best practices for water management and soil health. Farmers are currently monitoring soil moisture levels, resulting in improved crop yields and sustainability.
